Nowadays, training on “spontaneity” is not enough. Thanks to years of working with the best MTB riders in Poland and Europe, we know what athletes need to ride faster and better. TFS workouts are designed with all the demands you face as a cyclist in mind.

Artur prepared me all winter for the race season and what I can say is that he is a person with great knowledge and passion. Which plan to choose?
It all depends on what you need. The TFS Enduro & Downhill plan includes workouts to improve physical abilities in these disciplines. Individual cooperation, on the other hand, is a more expensive option, in which we take into account all personal needs. Check out the video where I explain how the plans differ.
