A few months ago, I conducted a survey of MTB riders and enthusiasts. It turned out that the biggest and most common problem among them is pain in fingers, hands and forearms during intense riding.

Initially, there was to be a comprehensive blog article on the subject. However, the amount of material was too much. I decided that I would write a book, or more precisely an ebook in an accessible form, that would explain the problem of poor grip in MTB once and for all.
